IKARUS IFC-S Slimline fan coil units are the solution for the narrow installation spaces to condition any room on the boat. Both vertical and horizontal options are available according to the available space.

 

Slimline fan coil units are also manufactured with 304 SS cabinet, 304 SS drain pan and blue hydrophilic epoxy coated Cu/Al evaporator. Unit has 3 fixing elements to be installed on a convenient space.

 

After 2020 pandemy conditions, fresh air inlet is optionally avilable for IKARUS Slimline units. Just on the horizontal version in the picture, the left duct is for fresh air inlet, and the right hand duct is for the fan blow. By this way, a mixture of fresh air is obtained to the conditioned room, therefore the return air subject to have virus is cleaned during the cycle of air.

 

For each conditioned room, the required capacity fan coil unit is individually controlled by digital control unit. In order to economize the usage of the fan coil units for the set temperature of the conditioned room, 3-way valve can be used optionally to by-pass the chilled water.
